The CIC is open to all Congolese, without distinction (geographic, political, cultural, religious or ethnic), who wish to contribute to the construction of a new society and be mobilized to effect those changes which reflect their beliefs and its values.  These changes are to come about, above all, in terms of the leadership because, as Jesus pointed out, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few” (Luke 10:1-12).  Should you wish to work and participate in the creation of a “grassroots movement”, the CIC welcomes you.  The CIC receives with joy and open arms all Congolese, individuals and organizations.  The CIC also welcomes into its ranks anyone from the worldwide community who believes that the future of the Democratic Republic of the Congo should ultimately be in the hands of the Congolese people.
